THE FASTING SCHEDULE (3 days per week)
January 4th – 6th No Meat & Sweets Only
January 11th – 13th Fruits & Vegetables Only
January 18th – 20th No Food Until After 3:00 p.m.
January 25th- 27th Water Only

WHY FAST & FASTING TIPS
Fasting will increase your faith.
Spend time in God’s presence
Fasting will not impair your health.
Drink plenty of water.
The hardest day is the first day.
Fasting strengthens your inner will.
Headaches, bad breath & tiredness are expected.

Focus on the Word of God.
Pray and read your bible daily.
Victory follows, not while doing.
Fasting breaks strongholds.
Fasting helps you to be led by God.
Fasting crucifies the flesh.
Fasting helps you hear God clearly.
